Erin Ridge Shopping Centre will be approximately 500,000 square feet of leaseable area when fully complete. A 150,000 square foot Costco Wholesale has been operating since 2013, and RBC and A&W are open. The balance of first phase is currently under construction for spring/summer openings. The second and third phases of the project, which are scheduled for 2017/2018 openings, will consist of a grocery store as well as a number of big box, fashion, restaurant and CRU opportunities with excellent exposure to St. Albert Trail.

The Centre is located in the City of St. Albert, the 3rd most affluent municipality in Canada with a population of 75,000 and average incomes in excess of $145,000 per year. St. Albert is situated 10 kilometers northwest of the City of Edmonton. The Shopping Centre is located on the east side of St. Albert Trail, immediately north of Everitt Drive in the north end of St. Albert in the rapidly growing residential community of Erin Ridge. The Centre will benefit from multiple access points directly off St. Albert Trail including an all access traffic signal at the center of the site. The Shopping Centre boasts high traffic counts in excess of 40,000 vehicles per day along St. Albert Trail. In addition, there is a strong retail compliment to this area due to the adjacent Walmart, Home Depot and Save-On-Foods anchors across St. Albert Trail.
